As president/CEO of TMP Directional Marketing (TMPDM), Mike Flanagan provides executive oversight and management for the 15miles division. Prior to TMPDM, Flanagan was vice president/general manager for ADP Credit Corp. In December 2003, Flanagan became chief financial officer of Monster Worldwide’s directional marketing division, before the company became TMPDM in 2005. Today, he oversees the company’s profitability, operational efficiency and senior management teams.
Gregg Stewart joined TMP Directional Marketing (TMPDM) as Senior Vice President Eastern Region in January 2006, where he successfully managed the Yellow Pages, Interactive and Local Search programs for his clients. In January 2007, Stewart assumed the role of Senior Vice President Interactive to further develop TMPDM’s integrated media solutions. In August 2009, Stewart became President of 15miles — the Interactive division of TMPDM. Stewart has over 20 years of Yellow Pages and Interactive agency experience. Prior to joining TMPDM, Stewart was Senior Vice President of Channel Management and Marketing at Fathom Online, a search engine marketing firm. Prior to Fathom Online, Stewart was Executive Vice President of Wahlstrom Group and President of Wahlstrom Interactive, a division of Interpublic Group. Stewart is the vertical expert on Local Search for SearchEngineWatch.com and previously served on the Search Engine Strategies advisory board.
Will Foust brings to the table years of experience in interactive and direct marketing for a variety of clients. Foust’s directional marketing career began in print Yellow Pages as campaign manager for Atlas Van Lines. During his career, he has developed strategies for and managed implementation of interactive programs for Allstate Insurance, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Bally Total Fitness and General Electric. Foust joined TMPDM in March 2007. In his current role, he guides 15miles’ interactive client services.
Steve Haar possesses more than 20 years of offline and online marketing experience in brand advertising as well as local and direct marketing. He has engineered projects ranging from broadcast, out-of-home (outdoor) and print advertising to display, search and mobile marketing. Haar’s tenure in interactive advertising began in 1994 with Monster Worldwide, and he has been working for companies — agencies and advertisers — to develop digital marketing programs ever since. Some of those companies include Leo Burnett, Starcom and Leapfrog Online. As an advertiser, Haar was instrumental in directing a $50-million interactive media budget and was responsible for overseeing business analytics. He also developed media partnerships and led teams of creative, research and interactive marketing professionals to execute tools and strategies for customer acquisition.
Monica Ho has over ten years of marketing and management experience, including a solid foundation in Internet advertising sales and client services. Ho joined TMPDM in 1999 and, in 2006, became vice president, a role that gives her responsibility for the strategy and implementation of all interactive marketing solutions for 15miles. Ho serves as co-chairperson of the SEMPO Research Committee and committee lead on the SEMPO Research Review Panel. She is also an active member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s search committee and the Association of Directory Marketing’s local search committee.
