Gregg Stewart, President

Gregg Stewart joined TMP Directional Marketing (TMPDM) as Senior Vice President Eastern Region in January 2006, where he successfully managed the Yellow Pages, Interactive and Local Search programs for his clients. In January 2007, Stewart assumed the role of Senior Vice President Interactive to further develop TMPDM’s integrated media solutions. In August 2009, Stewart became President of 15miles — the Interactive division of TMPDM and has since taken 15miles independent along with his partners. Stewart has over 20 years of Yellow Pages and Interactive agency experience. Prior to joining TMPDM, Stewart was Senior Vice President of Channel Management and Marketing at Fathom Online, a search engine marketing firm. Prior to Fathom Online, Stewart was Executive Vice President of Wahlstrom Group and President of Wahlstrom Interactive, a division of Interpublic Group. Stewart is the vertical expert on Local Search for SearchEngineWatch.com and previously served on the Search Engine Strategies advisory board.

Steve Haar, EVP, Product Development/Creative

Steve Haar possesses more than 20 years of offline and online marketing experience in brand advertising as well as local and direct marketing. He has engineered projects ranging from broadcast, out-of-home (outdoor) and print advertising to display, search and mobile marketing. Haar’s tenure in interactive advertising began in 1994 with Monster Worldwide, and he has been working for companies — agencies and advertisers — to develop digital marketing programs ever since. Some of those companies include Leo Burnett, Starcom and Leapfrog Online. As an advertiser, Haar was instrumental in directing a $50-million interactive media budget and was responsible for overseeing business analytics. He also developed media partnerships and led teams of creative, research and interactive marketing professionals to execute tools and strategies for customer acquisition.

Elizabeth Serafin, VP, Paid Media

Liz Serafin brings with her over 13 years of agency experience. Liz's digital media tenure began in 2000 working in the interactive account services group for Monster Worldwide. Throughout her career, Liz has been focused on the lifecycle of online marketing campaigns with specific ROI/lead/sale targets, from initial strategic research and planning, through execution, measure, analysis, and optimization. She has worked with clients across various industries including: home services, moving and relocation, automotive, insurance and financial services, and business to business. Liz holds over 9 years of experience in paid search media management, over 6 years working with display advertising, and most recently has been involved with mobile and social program planning and execution. She was one of the key developers of the SEO and SEM practice at TMP Directional Marketing. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Dan Stiehr, Director, Client Services

Dan has delivered online marketing solutions for a diverse group of clients including H&R Block, Mercedes-Benz, Unigroup, Nissan/Infiniti, Edward Jones, and Domino’s. Dan combines exceptional client services skills with a strong tactical background, having architected and managed paid search and SEO campaigns for his clients, and having served as Search Marketing Manager for ReserveDirect, a network of web sites in the highly-competitive travel industry. Clients rely on Dan to develop and execute integrated online strategic marketing programs that leverage paid search, SEO, web analytics, landing page testing, display advertising, and social media to achieve their goals.
